We've all heard the saying "a leopard can't change his spots". Jeff Rivera has wrote an amazing story about a man who is trying to change his ways. 

Dio is a gang member who is madly in love with his girlfriend Jennifer. But some horrible things happen and Dio is sent to prison and Jennifer lands in the hospital. From here Dio must reevaluate his life and the person he wants to be. 

Throughout this story, we're reading the trials and triumphs of the characters and Rivera has written it so that you are going to feel as if you are there. At times I would catch myself smiling and others I would have tears streaming down my face. The emotions felt so real. I loved this book and really couldn't put it down. I wanted to know what was going to happen next.
