Fallen Too Far & Never Too Far by Abbi Glines {Book Review}

Do you have a book boyfriend? Well, I have lots. I know, what a hussie! But seriously with all these great books out there with dreamy guy characters how can we not want them?

One of my book boyfriends is Rush from the Fallen Too Far series by Abbi Glines.

Book Description:
To want what you’re not supposed to have…
She is only nineteen.
She is his new stepfather’s daughter.
She is still naïve and innocent due to spending the last three years taking care of her sick mother.
But for twenty-four year old Rush Finlay, she is the only thing that has ever been off limits. His famous father’s guilt money, his mother’s desperation to win his love, and his charm are the three reasons he has never been told no.
Blaire Wynn left her small farmhouse in Alabama, after her mother passed away, to move in with her father and his new wife in their sprawling beach house along the Florida gulf coast. She isn’t prepared for the lifestyle change and she knows she’ll never fit into this world. Then there is her sexy stepbrother who her father leaves her with for the summer while he runs off to Paris with his wife. Rush is as spoiled as he is gorgeous. He is also getting under her skin. She knows he is anything but good for her and that he’ll never be faithful to anyone. He is jaded and has secrets Blaire knows she may never uncover but even knowing all of that…
Blaire just may have fallen too far.

In Fallen Too Far, Blaire has just lost her mother and everything stable about her life. She goes to her father for help, a father that left her years ago. When she arrives at his house, her dad isn't there but her rude, arrogant step-brother Rush is. Rush makes it very obvious she isn't wanted...but with nowhere to go what's a girl to do?

This is an amazing story. I was sucked in from the first few pages. Blaire may be young and naive but she is one tough little cookie. Rush is kind of a jerk. But like all book boyfriends you grow to love them despite their flaws. Usually I can guess what's going to happen in a book. Sadly, that's the consequences of reading so many...but I had not a clue what was coming in this one! Being surprised was a well....pleasant surprise! :)

Book Description:Rush withheld a secret that had destroyed her world.
Her entire life had all been a lie.
Blaire couldn’t stop loving him but she knew she could never forgive him.
Now, she was back home and learning to live again. Moving on with life… until something happened to send her world spinning once again.
What do you do when the one person you can never trust again is the one that you need to trust so desperately?
You lie, hide, avoid, and pray that your sins never find you out.
The second book, Never Too Far starts with Blaire back home in Alabama trying to get over Rush's betrayal. Her life has been totally upended by the revelation in book 1. But that's only the beginning.

I really wanted Blaire & Rush to get together and make it work. But they seemed to have so much going against them. Secrets can only tear you apart and everywhere you turned another one was coming out! I will admit I also like the male character, Woods. He seemed like he could have been a really great love interest for Blaire.

I'm not going to say find out what happens you'll need to grab you a copy!

You can get Fallen Too Far for only 99 cents and Never Too Far for $3.99 on Amazon in Kindle format.

If you read it (or have already read it), leave me a comment and let me know what you thought!
