I'm basically a pretty boring person. I try to pretend otherwise but it just ain't happening.
I like to read - everything. Nerdy, huh? I love books. There's nothing better. I could read for hours without stopping. If these pesky kids would allow it.
Totally addicted to Facebook, Twitter, and all things social online. I have some awesome fun times talking to friends (irl and online ones). Y'all make me smile.
TV - ohmygosh. I seriously love watching some of my favorite shows. College football is back so WOOO!!! Let's Gooooooooo MOUNTAINEERS! Yeah, I'm a BIG WVU fan. ♥ Last nights game was extremely nerve racking. New coach. Up against a rival state team. I really wanted our boys to win. We NEEDED that win. Started out a little shaky but came back and was kicking some butt and BOOM! Delayed due to weather - lightning and rain. There was a report that a fan who was "without his faculties" aka drunk off his butt was somehow affected. I think he realized just how much money he had spent on the $7 to $9 beer and before going home to face the music asked God to strike him down. Just my opinion. ;) Anyways after a couple of delays the game was called and we won! 34-13 :D <---see my happy face!
I also love shows like GLEE, The Secret Life of the American Teenager and True Blood. Weird how I go from singing teens, pregnant teens to vampires and werewolves. That's how I roll. And soap operas - can't forget them - we need to throw in there some relationship drama for the older crowd, right?
I like to scrapbook and take pictures.
I wish I were super crafty. I love to sew but it seems like all my ideas are so much better than my actual talent.
I like English and History and like to learn - even though I'm out of school and hated it while I was there.
My kids are everything. They drive me up the wall but I love them. They can make me want to go on vacation for a year (without them!) but when they snuggle up to me...well who can resist that?
I love my husband beyond anything. He (like the kids, maybe that's where they get it from?...cause it's NOT me! though I am the common denominator, hmmm) also drive me crazy. Sometimes in a good way ;) He's stuck with me whether he likes it or not.
I'm fairly simple. I'm moody and complicated. Sometimes dramatic. Girly yet a bit of a tomboy.
I like being barefoot and country living, yet sometimes I think living in a city would be equally amazing. I just don't think I could give up the sounds of frogs and the ability to look up into the wide open starry sky that God created. I love sitting on a front porch swing. One day I'm gonna have a big ol' farm house with a huge wrap around porch and old fashioned furniture...and a big flat yard with lots of trees and maybe just maybe a couple of chickens.
I have a very active imagination. It can cause trouble sometimes. I'm a daydreamer.
I love my life.
And if you got to the end of this...YOU ARE AWESOME! :big hugs: And if you got to the end of this WITHOUT thinking I'm crazy even :bigger hugs:

No more crazy than the rest of us Lesley:) So glad your Mountaineers won, despite the weather! I loved this post, might steal the idea for one of my own...kinda brain dead on what to write lately.
