Wen Cleansing Conditioner Review

Not too long ago I was given the chance to try out Wen Cleansing Conditioner. Most of you have probably seen the commercial on tv advertising it. And probably like me actually doubted that it worked like it said. I mean it really did sound too good to be true. Soft flowing beautiful hair? Yea, right!

Well, I'm here admitting that I was wrong. This stuff is GREAT! My only problem is now it's all gone. :(

The WEN® Cleansing Conditioner is a revolutionary new concept in cleansing your hair that has Hollywood buzzing! It’s special because it cleanses hair thoroughly but without lathering and all the harsh ingredients that may be found in ordinary shampoos — it is designed so it won’t strip your hair and scalp of their natural oils. Your hair is left with sheen, moisture, manageability and better color  (from the WEN website)

I was really surprised at how my hair felt. It was so soft and it just felt good.  The smell was so refreshing and kind of minty. But not overwhelmingly so. :) I was so pleased that I would definitely use this product again. I really hated having to go back to my normal shampoo.

  1. do you know if it helps with oil control? i can't see using it over a reg shampoo unless it did something my shampoo can't do.

  2. The way this is designed is it's suppose to use your hairs natural oils to make your hair healthier. It's said that regular shampoo not only takes the nasty oil but the "good" oils that your hair needs. My hair is kinda in between oily on top but dry at the bottom. And I really liked how it looked and felt. I thought my hair looked shiny but not in that oily way. Know what I mean?
