General Hospital Brand Ambassador!!
Oh my word. *sigh*
I was raised watching soap operas. Sitting in my Granny's living room watching the CBS soaps like Young and the Restless, Capitol (see I told you I've watched them for awhile ~ this show has been off air forever!), ATWT, and Guiding Light. Now my other Grandma watched the NBC soaps ~ Days of Our Lives, Another World...
So, how in the world did I become a fan of ABC soaps, you ask? I have no clue! It was sometime during the summer when I was in middle school. I fell in love with some of the characters.
The storyline I most remember is when Robin started dating Stone. It was just a really great love story. I remember crying so hard when Stone died. I have the book Robin's Diary, and every time I read it I cry like it's the first time.
Ever since then I've been an avid GH fan.
Do you watch any soaps? I know lots of people look down on them. I really don't know why. I just think of it as any other tv show ~ just better! HA!
Right now, Mom Central, is having a contest for one lucky winner to win a walk-on role onto GH. Isn't that cool? Can you just imagine being in the same area as Maurice Bernard (Sonny) or Steve Burton (Jason)? Oh, I might just have a heart attack! :)
